Riverview To Host Role Recovery Workshop

Riverview Psychiatric Hospital will be hosting a presentation entitled “Psychiatric Rehabilitation Through Role Recovery,” scheduled for February 2, 2006 from 9 a.m.to 4 p.m. in the Sebago room at Riverview Psychiatric Center. This training is open to the public and area mental health service providers at no cost

The “Role Recovery” initiative at Riverview represents a state-of-the-art, approach to service planning and delivery with a focus on consumer goals in living, learning, working and socializing. Research supports the effectiveness of these approaches including psychiatric inpatient settings.
