Jurors must report to the West Bath District Court on jury selection days. When trials are held, Jurors must report to Sagadahoc County Superior Court.

Parking at 752 High Street Courthouse: Very Limited parking in the county parking lot. On street parking with attention to No Parking Zones and time limits.

Directions to Courthouse at 752 High Street in Bath: From Route 1 North: Exit from Route 1 North after the Burger King restaurant. Turn onto Court Street and proceed easterly to the intersection with High Street. The courthouse will be on your left.

From Route 1 South: Take the High Street Exit. Take left onto High Street. Go approximately 1000 feet to stop sign. The red brick building on you left is the County Courthouse.
