An accredited Training Unit with NCCER (National Center for Construction Education and Research) is offering a six-week course in construction basics that can help you find the job you want.
The course covers nine topics, including basic safety, introduction to power tools, construction math, and other core skills.

Two Six-Week Sessions Available
Session #1: April 2-May 11, 2012 (Orientation Session on March 15, from 2 to 5 pm). Session #2: May 10-June 22, 2012 (Orientation Session on April 25, from 2pm to 5pm). Training days run Monday –Friday, 10 am to 2 pm (Three days, will run from 9 am to 3 pm).
