Veterans Informational One Stop Workshop

The Maine Department of Labor is cordially inviting all Aroostook County Veterans to attend a very special “Veterans Informational Workshop” on November 14th, at the Presque Isle CareerCenter beginning at 9 a.m. Our keynote speaker is Jim Doherty, Director, from the Togus Veterans Administration and we are fortunate to have Robert Haley, Director of the State approving agency of Veterans’ education and NE Troops to Teachers. Other experts will be on hand to provide you with vital information and overview of their respective agencies and services offered.

Our speakers will be discussing information covering:

VA Health Benefits and Compensation; Veteran Counseling Centers; Veteran Center Mobile Van; Veterans Services;
Veterans Homes; CareerCenter Resources;
