Reemployment Assistance Program--Session 1: Tools for Increasing Your Job Search Effectiveness

In Skowhegan: Reemployment Assistance Sessions: Tools for Increasing Your Job Search Effectiveness are held Wednesdays, 9:00 AM to 1 PM. (In the case of a Holiday week please be sure to check as to what day of the week Workshop will be held on.) Up-coming Sessions: Wednesdays--October 21st & 28th; November 4th, Tuesday November 10th, Wednesday Nov. 11th, 18th, and 25th; December 2nd, 9th, 16th, 23rd, and 30th.

Tools for Increasing Your Job Search Effectiveness: Looking for full-time work can be a full-time job. Learn about some of the tools that can help you in conducting an efficient and productive job search. Topics covered include: an orientation to services available through the CareerCenter; how to tap into the "hidden job market"; identifying the skills you have to offer employers and tips on successfully completing applications, resumes, and cover letters as well as how to register and apply for jobs posted with the CareerCenter.
