Dear Consumer:

I am writing to update you on the status of the above referenced litigation. Enclosed is a copy of the Court’s order dated April 2, 2009 finding that Price-Rite Fuel, Inc., Veilleux Oil and Service, Inc., Perron Fuel, Inc., and Nicholas Curro III violated the Maine Unfair Trade Practices Act. Now that the Court has found the Defendants’ liable for consumer harm, the next step will be to determine the amount of the damages. I will be asking the Court to approve a process for administering consumer claims. As soon as the process is approved, you will be notified and instructed how to submit a claim.
