12/2/05 Filed with DEP for MWDCA and 401 WQCert. On May 5, 2006 the Maine Department of Environmental Projection issued a water quality certification for the project.

Notice of application filing issued by FERC 12/27/2005, with 02/06/2006 deadline for filing of additional study requests.
DEP action on MWDCA permit and WQC pending.

Notice of application accepted for filing and ready for environmental analysis issued by FERC 03/21/2006, with 05/19/2006 deadline for filing of motions to intervene and protests, comments, terms and conditions, recommendations, and prescriptions.

On October 24, 2006 FERC issued an Order Granting Exemption from Licensing to the Corriveau Project on the Swift River in Mexico, Maine. The project is subject to standard FERC terms and conditions of Exemption from Licensing and Mandatory section 30 (c) conditions filed by the U.S. Department of Interior on May 15, 2006 and Mandatory section 30 (c) conditions submitted by the Maine Department of Inland Fisheries and Wildlife in a letter dated Oct.27, 2005 and filed with the Commission on December 7, 2005 as part of the application.
