certification for the project.

On October 24, 2006 FERC issued an Order Granting Exemption from Licensing
to the Corriveau Project on the Swift River in Mexico, Maine. The project
is subject to standard FERC terms and conditions of Exemption from
Licensing and Mandatory section 30 (c) conditions filed by the U.S.
Department of Interior on May 15, 2006 and Mandatory section 30 (c)
conditions submitted by the Maine Department of Inland Fisheries and
Wildlife in a letter dated Oct.27, 2005 and filed with the Commission
on December 7, 2005 as part of the application.
