CONCISE SUMMARY: This rule will rezone a portion of land owned by George Schott from the Limited Residential District to the General Development District, while maintaining a 75 foot structure setback standard and a 75 foot vegetative buffer along the zoned wetland. The subject area of the rezoning is located adjacent to a freshwater wetland abutting Route 202 near the Lewiston city line.

CHAPTER NUMBER AND TITLE: Ch. 419, Agronomic Utilization of Residuals
ADOPTED RULE NUMBER: 99-510
CONCISE SUMMARY: Chapter 419 contains the siting, design and operational standards that apply to non-hazardous solid wastes that are stored and utilized as fertilizers, soil amendments, mulches, liming agents, or for any other beneficial agronomic use. The adopted revisions incorporated recent changes to Federal law regarding Biosolids Utilization, change siting and operational standards relating to field stacking of nitrogenous residuals, allow for innovative treatment, increase clarity, and correct typographical errors.
