Section A - Definitions Purpose: Revise/establish definitions to comply with current practices and/or newly enacted legislation.
Section B - Procedure for Approval of a Driver Education and Evaluation Programs Evaluator and/or Treatment Service Provider:
Purpose: Require that all documentation for review during on-site inspections and submitted to DEEP Case Management Specialist is legible.
Section F - Treatment Purpose: Require that all community-based service providers are familiar with reporting requirements and that the requirements are fulfilled.
