PURPOSE of the rule: Establish rules relating to the subsidies provided by Dirigo Health Agency

CHAPTER 2: Paid Claims Defined for Savings Offset Payment
STATUTORY BASIS: Public Laws 2005, Chapter 400 S.P. 555 – L.D 1577 An Act To Modify the Calculation and Implementation Date of Savings Offset Payments under the Dirigo Health Act
PURPOSE of the rule: To define paid claims for the purposes of calculating savings offset payments for health insurance carriers, 3rd-party administrators and employee benefit excess insurance carriers.
