CHAPTER (New), Maine Military Family Relief Fund
STATUTORY AUTHORITY: 36 MRSA 5288 and 37-B MRSA 158.
PURPOSE: Specifically these rules explain who is qualified to receive assistance from the Maine Military Family Relief Fund, how to apply for such assistance, the criteria used to determine whether to provide assistance, who has the authority to decide whether to provide assistance and for how much an describes an appeal process.
ANTICIPATED SCHEDULE: Proposed March, 2005. Adoption during the summer.
