CHAPTER
2: General Information
STATUTORY AUTHORITY: 32 M.R.S.A. §4908
PURPOSE: The Board may review and revise its rules to ensure clarity
and conformity with the enabling statute to establish guidelines relating
to meetings, advisory rulings, and maintenance of records.
ANTICIPATED SCHEDULE: Prior to July, 2005.

3: Code of Ethics

and conformity with the enabling statute to promulgate a code of ethics
to assist in the protection of the public welfare.

4: Certification Requirements

PURPOSE: The Board may review and revise its rules to ensure clarity
and conformity with the enabling statute to describe the procedures
to be followed in determining whether an applicant is eligible to be
certified as a geologist or soil scientist.
