PURPOSE: Update the Board forms for Wage Statement (WCB-2) and Schedule of Dependents and Filing Status Statement (WCB-2A).
ANTICIPATED SCHEDULE: Winter 2003-2004

CHAPTER 2(1): Section 213 Compensation for Partial Incapacity
STATUTORY AUTHORITY: 39-A M.R.S.A. § 152(2); § 213
PURPOSE: The permanent impairment threshold is due to be re-examined by January 1, 2004.
ANTICIPATED SCHEDULE: Winter 2003-2004

CHAPTER 2(2): Section 213 Compensation for Partial Incapacity

PURPOSE: The benefit limitation in Section 213(4) is due to be re-examined by January 1, 2004.
