PURPOSE: P.L. 2001, Chapter 320, 1(G) be modified to remove the authority for installation and connection of oil tanks.

CHAPTER 340: Licensing - Licenses
STATUTORY AUTHORITY: 10 MRSA § 9021
PURPOSE: The Board is in the process of reviewing the current license category requirements. They are expected to increase the requirements for licensure in specific categories.

CHAPTER 381: Home Installation Warranty Seal

CHAPTER 900: Manufactured Home Installation Standards
STATUTORY AUTHORITY: 10 MRSA §§ 9005 and 9042
PURPOSE: Federal mandate requires the adoption of the Manufactured Housing Act of 2000. We will be required to meet the requirements by 2005. Several changes will be needed to the installation standard to meet the federal requirements.
