CHAPTER
20: Fees
STATUTORY AUTHORITY: 32 MRSA §289
PURPOSE: This Chapter will need to be repealed. The Office of Licensing
and Registration will amend its fee chapter to include fees for purposes
related to the Auctioneers Board.
ANTICIPATED SCHEDULE: Within 1 year, if necessary.
AFFECTED PARTIES: Licensees.
CONSENSUS BASED RULE DEVELOPMENT: Not contemplated.
CHAPTER
30: Qualifications for Licensure
STATUTORY AUTHORITY: 32 MRSA §289
PURPOSE: This Chapter establishes the qualifications for licensure.
The Board may need to amend the chapter to increase the amount of the
required bond.
ANTICIPATED SCHEDULE: Within 1 year, if necessary.
AFFECTED PARTIES: Licensees and the public.
CONSENSUS BASED RULE DEVELOPMENT: Not contemplated.
CHAPTER
50: Minimum Standards of Practice
STATUTORY AUTHORITY: 32 MRSA §289
PURPOSE: This Chapter establishes the standards of practice. The Board
may need to make amendments to the standards of practice in response
to changes in the business or complaints filed with the Board.
ANTICIPATED SCHEDULE: Within 1 year, if necessary.
AFFECTED PARTIES: Licensees and the public.
CONSENSUS BASED RULE DEVELOPMENT: Not contemplated.
