CHAPTER
2: Disclosure of Investigative Records of Boards when Public Knowledge
Exists
STATUTORY AUTHORITY: 10 M.R.S.A., Section 8003-B(2)(F)
PURPOSE: The rule establishes the circumstances in which complaint or
investigative records, may be disclosed during the pendency of an investigation,
provided that certain criteria are satisfied. The Department may amend
the rule as necessary.
ANTICIPATED SCHEDULE: September, 2003
AFFECTED PARTIES: Licensees of the Office of Licensing and Registration;
Consumers and the general public.
