PURPOSE: To make such adjustments to the program as may be necessary to provide for its effective administration and to provide the most benefit to potential users of the program.
ANTICIPATED SCHEDULE: Approval for Rulemaking by Treasurer of State: February 2002; No Public Hearing Proposed; Adoption Date: April 2002.
AFFECTED PARTIES: Eligible agricultural enterprises.
CONSENSUS-BASED RULE DEVELOPMENT: The Treasurer does not intend to employ consensus-based rule development.

CHAPTER 102: Linked Investment Program for Commercial Enterprises.
