Electoral Districts based on the 2003 ApportionmentOn July 2, 2003, the Maine Supreme Judicial Court issued a Final Order establishing the apportionment of the U.S. Congressional Districts and the Maine State Senate Districts. The 121st Legislature, in the First Regular Session, passed two public laws establishing the apportionment of districts for the Maine House of Representatives and for the County Commissioner Districts. These districts will be in effect for candidates participating in the June 8, 2004 Primary Election and November 2, 2004 General Election.
