Vehicle Dealer Purchase:

1.   Documents needed:

     a.   Green dealer's certificate (sales tax paid)
     b.   Blue title application (if over 3000 lbs net weight)

2.   Visit a BMV branch office if your municipality does not participate in our New Registration Program.

3.   Pay registration fee.  Please click here for fee schedule.  Trailers may be registered for one or two years.  Multiply the fee by 2 for a two year registration.

4. Vanity plates are available for an additional fee of $15.00. Multiply the vanity fee by two for a two year registration.

     a.   Signed bill of sale.
     b.   Title, if model year 1987 or newer & over 3000 lbs net weight,signed over to the new owner.
