Administrative Suspensions for Alcohol Levels and Refusals

Effective 08/31/2008 Maine implemented the Ignition Interlock Device Program. This program may allow an individual with an administrative alcohol suspension to regain their driving privileges if they comply with certain conditions and restrictions. The program is only for violations which occurred on or after the effective date (08/31/2008).

If you wish the information to be faxed to you, please include the fax number and an additional fee of $2.00. There is an additional fee of $1.00 for a certified copy of the record.
