Administrative Suspensions for Alcohol Levels and Refusals

NewEffective 08/31/2008 Maine implemented the Ignition Interlock Device Program. This program may allow an individual with an administrative alcohol suspension to regain their driving privileges if they comply with certain conditions and restrictions. The program is only for violations which occurred on or after the effective date (08/31/2008).

Please include your full name, date of birth or Maine driver's license number, and current mailing address. If you are requesting a record, the fee is $5.00. If you wish the information to be faxed to you, please include the fax number and an additional fee of $2.00. There is an additional fee of $1.00 for a certified copy of the record. Please make check or money order payable to the Secretary of State.
