BREAKING NEWS (July 22, 2008)

HISTORICAL RECORDS GRANT PROGRAM CONTINUES

October 1, 2008, will be the next deadline for the Historical Records grants. The application is not yet available, but should be by late July or early August. Note that these grants are not for artifacts. Historical Records are original unique records, usually unpublished, including manuscripts, photographs, architectural records, video recordings, sound recordings, and film.

• Historical Records Advisory Board: reviews grant requests for State and federal funding.
