Just type in your information using the form below. The service will generate a completed ready-to-mail form (PDF format) that you can print and sign. Then all you need to do is mail or deliver the form to your municipal clerk. The printed form even includes your municipal clerk's address.
Remember, it’s never too late to register to vote in Maine. You can register to vote until, and including, Election Day. There is no cut-off date for registering to vote in person at your town office or city hall.
