Transient Seller - Employee

"Transient Seller Employee" means a person licensed by the Department of Professional and Financial Regulation who is an independent contractor, agent or person working for salary or commission for the Transient Seller Company.

Fees
  • License Fee $75.
  • Application Fee $25.
  • State Police criminal background (SBI) check Fee $21.
  • Make check payable to: "Maine State Treasurer."

Renewal fees and information

Fees
  • License Fee $75.
  • Late Fee $50. (if applicable)
  • Make check payable to: "Treasurer, State of Maine."

  • A late fee of $50. is assessed for licenses renewed within 90 days following the license expiration date. Thereafter, a new application is required.
Renew Now
  • Download the renewal application and submit.

    The Department must verify that you have met all the conditions for renewal before your license is renewed. Submission of your renewal application should not be construed as automatic renewal of your license.
