2011 Public Law, Chapter 286 - An Act to Update Professional and Occupational Licensing Statutes. (Refer to Part B and I.) 2011 Public Law, Chapter 291 - An Act To Enhance Mandated Reporting and Prosecution of Elder Abuse, Neglect and Exploitation. New Board Rules: Chapter 1-7 effective May 7, 2011 These rules remove the requirements for Continuing Education.
