- CALL TO ORDER
The Board was called to order by Theodore Chaffee, Chair at 10:10 a.m.
- APPROVAL OF MINUTES
Due to a quorum issue the minutes of the April 26, 2004 will be reviewed next month.
- APPEAL HEARING
Daniella Araujo: Cindy Woodard moved to grant the appeal on numbers 1, 2, and 4 and uphold the denial on number 3. Reid Stevens seconded. Motion passed with 5 in favor and none opposed.
- COMPLAINT PRESENTATIONS
COU-112: Review of consent agreement proposal and counter proposal. Karen St. Clair moved to uphold the original consent agreement offer. David Bellville seconded. Motion passed with 5 in favor and none opposed.
Patricia Morini has submitted Carol Mitchell for her personal therapist and the board wanted her to show that she had not previous relationships with Ms. Morini. Ms. Mitchell wrote to the Board that she has not had a prior professional or personal relationship with her, but that she has had a therapeutic relationship with her. David Bellville moved that this therapist is not acceptable. Reid Stevens seconded. Motion passed with 5 in favor and none opposed.
