Summary: Licensee admitted that her personal problems have impaired her professional practice. Licensee agreed that her practice will be subject to an 18-month minimum period of probation. Licensee shall consult with a substance abuse counselor-monitor for one hour every two weeks for the first six months of the probation. At the discretion of the counselor-monitor, the frequency of the session s may be reduced to a minimum of one hour every month for the remainder of the probation. The counselor-monitor may also perform unscheduled, surprise inspections of licensee's practice during the probationary period at the counselor-monitor's discretion.
