What is the Unified Registration Statement? The Unified Registration Statement (URS) represents an effort to streamline the collection of information and data by states that require registration of nonprofit organizations performing charitable solicitations within their jurisdictions. The National Association of State Charity Officials and the National Association of Attorneys General together, have established the Standardized Reporting Project to facilitate and simplify compliance of State by State solicitation laws.
