Renewal Notice for 2008

An entity that qualifies as an "Exempt Charitable Organization" in one year may be required to become licensed as a Charitable Organization in the following year, at renewal, if its circumstances change in a way that causes it to no longer meet one of the eligibility criteria to be an Exempt Charitable Organization.

• Renewal Fee $10.

• Annual - Expires November 30

• Completed Application;
• List of officers / directors; and
  
• Copy of most recent financial statement; report or return filed with the IRS.
