Wrestling

The Commission shall have the sole direction, control and jurisdiction over all professional wrestling matches, shows or exhibitions.

No professional wrestling match, show or exhibition may be held or conducted within this State unless the match, show or exhibition is licensed by the Commission and conducted in accordance with the laws and rules of the Commission, nor may any closed circuit television showing of a professional wrestling match, show or exhibition be conducted, except under a license issued by the Commission.
