Reminder:
ALL Maine Real Estate Appraiser licensees with the prefixes of AP, CR and
CG are due for renewal by December 31, 2012. The CE requirement for
renewal is 14 hours of Board/AQB approved continuing education, 7 hours
of which must be The USPAP Update Course. All courses must have been
taken within the 2012 calendar year. The 7 hour USPAP Update Course
is mandatory for renewal this year. Any courses taken prior to January 1,
2012 are not acceptable. CE must be completed prior to renewing the license.
