Individual licensees

Your license number along with your online access code, or the last four digits of your social security number, will provide you with secure access from any internet connection to our licensing web site where you can:

We are also pleased to announce OLR’s new Licensee Search web site where employers, health organizations, and the public can:

  • Verify application status and view incomplete letters
  • Verify licensure status
  • View information on a licensee’s disciplinary history
  • Download a list of licensees
