Certified Clinical Supervisor

Certified clinical supervisor means an individual who is certified by the board to provide supervision to individuals who provide alcohol and drug counseling services as required by this chapter. For the purposes of this subsection, "supervision" includes, but is not limited to, oversight of case record reviews, case management, development of counseling skills, education and treatment modalities, clinical supervision log maintenance and client treatment plans and activities.

Fees
  • Examination Fee: $95.00 for examination candidates only, or
  • $50.00 for transitional candidates only and
  • Criminal History Check fee $15.00

  • Applications for written exam must be received 45 days prior to the date of the exam. See examination schedule.

Renewal fees and information

Terms
  • This registration renews annually on November 30
Requirements
  • Continuing Education: 12 contact hours of continuing education is required prior to the November 30 renewals(biennially) i.e., 2005, 2007, 2009, etc

The Department must verify that you have met all the conditions for renewal before your license is renewed. Online submission of your renewal application should not be construed as automatic renewal of your license.
