Does my license number begin with “ME” as indicated in red on my current wall license? 

No, the number is the document number and not your actual license number.

 

How come I can not get the system to work?

Verify your license number is correct and you are using the correct access code.

 

How do I get to the online renewal site?

Please click on the link below and follow the instructions:

www.maine.gov/online/pfrrenewal

 

When will I get my new license?

You will receive your new license within two (2) weeks.

 

Why do I keep getting an error message saying the website cannot be found?

Please type the website address (www.maine.gov/online/pfrrenewal) directly in the address line.(See screen shot below)
