Claims
Not Paid Within 90 Days Report
Carriers must complete the following survey pursuant to Public Law
2005, Chapter 58. Title 24-A § 4303 §§ 10-A requires
that a carrier shall report annually to the Superintendent of Insurance
on or after March 31st the total claims not paid within 90 days during
the preceding calendar year and the general reasons why payment of those
claims has been delayed.
