Today Superintendent Iuppa made the following ruling:

1. At this time, the deadline for the filing with the Bureau of written closing statements is extended until 3:00 p.m. Friday, April 14, 2000. The form for closing statements remains with a 15-page limit, which may be single spaced.

2. A deadline for the filing with the Bureau of written responses to the Attorney General's April 10th filing, including both the transmittal letter and the accompanying motion for extension of deadlines, is set at 5:00 p.m. Wednesday, April 12, 2000.

3. The Superintendent will issue a ruling on the Attorney General's motion sometime on Thursday April 13, 2000.
