Applicant BlueCross Blue Shield of Maine requests that the Superintendent take official
notice of the following:
- The Conversion plan filed by BlueCross BlueShield of Maine has been available for public
inspection and copying at the offices of the Maine Superintendent of Insurance since its
filing on September 15, 1999, all as provided by 24 M.R.S.A. § 2301, sub-§ 9-C. A copy
of the conversion plan has also been made available to the public through the Bureau of
Insurance’s internet web site.
