The Attorney General identifies the following witness to testify at hearing: David T. Bowerman. Mr. Bowerman is a principal in KPMG Peat Marwick Health Care Evaluation Practice. He undertook work on behalf of the Attorney General as set forth in the Report of KPMG filed with the Superintendent on March 3, 2000. Mr. Bowerman will testify to matters contained in the report and will be available for cross-examination on that report.
