Now comes Consumers for Affordable Health Care by and through its attorneys, and requests an enlargement of time until 5:00pm February 23, 2000 to file CAHC’s Response to Anthem’s Objections to Consumer Intervenors’ Second Discovery Request. CAHC understands its Response was to be filed by 3:00pm however loss of computer document resulted in the requirement to recreate it.
