Associated Hospital Services of Maine d/b/a/ Blue Cross Blue Shield of Maine amends its responses to Request 35 of the Superintendent’s Second Information Request. The responses below are subject to the objections and clarifications previously filed by BCBSME on December 10& 13, 1999.

Please provide a copy of the valuation report prepared by PriceWaterhouseCoopers, LLP regarding the fair value of Machigonne, Inc.

Original Response:

BCBSME expects to receive the valuation report between this date and December 31, 1999. BCBSME is requesting Machigonne Inc. to authorize it to provide a copy of the document to the Superintendent when it is received.
