APPLICANTS’ RESPONSE TO AMERICAN LUNG ASSOCIATION OF MAINE’S APPLICATION TO INTERVENE

Applicants have no objection to the intervention application from the American Lung Association of Maine and Lee Ann Baggott, M.D. (together "ALAM") with the understandings that (1) the ALAM will be granted permissive, not as of right intervention, and (2) ALAM will coordinate with the already established consumer group of Intervenors.
