STATE OF MAINE DEPARTMENT OF PROFESSIONAL AND FINANCIAL REGULATION BUREAU OF INSURANCE
Anthem Insurance Companies, Inc., itself and on behalf of its subsidiary to be formed, Anthem Health Plans of Maine, Inc., d/b/a Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield, has no objection to the intervention applications from Maine Medical Center ("MMC"), MHA, Inc., or Boyd R. Buser/Maine Osteopathic Association (together "MAO") with the understandings that (1) MMC will coordinate with Central Maine Partners Health Plan and Central Maine Healthcare Corporation, and (2) MHA and MOA will coordinate with the already established provider group of Intervenors.
