The Annual Statement for the year-end 2008 is not required provided
that the company submits it electronically in accordance with the NAIC guidelines.
For Alien Insurers:
- The annual financial report is due within 75 days following the close of its elected fiscal year but no later that September 30th.
- Maintenance of the Company's listing on the NAIC IID Quarterly Listing of Alien Insurers
- Maine Liquor Liability Report (see link above)
- Maine Fraud and Abuse Annual Report (see link above)
