The named insured requested a hearing to contest the cancellation of an automobile insurance policy due to the suspension of a driver’s license. At hearing, it was determined that the company had issued an unconditional reinstatement of the policy subsequent to its issuance of the cancellation notice and to its receipt of the Superintendent’s notice of hearing and provisional coverage order.
