NOTICE TO INTERESTED PARTIES

            PeoplesChoice Credit Union, Saco, Maine, notified the Superintendent of the Bureau of Financial Institutions, pursuant to 9-B M.R.S.A. §336, of its intent to close its branch office located at 35 Bradbury Street, Biddeford, Maine.   

            You may request that the Bureau of Financial Institutions require PeoplesChoice Credit Union to submit a comprehensive application in support of their proposal through Monday, January 2, 2012 pursuant to the provisions of 9-B M.R.S.A. §336.  Written comments should be submitted to the Bureau of Financial Institutions, 36 State House Station, Augusta, Maine 04333-0036 and electronic comments may be filed through the Bureau of Financial Institutions' Web site at http://www.maine.gov/pfr/financialinstitutions/index.shtml.
