STATE OF MAINE DEPARTMENT OF PROFESSIONAL AND FINANCIAL REGULATION BUREAU OF FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS SUPERINTENDENT’S NOTICE TO INTERESTED PARTIES Greater Portland Municipal Credit Union, South Portland, Maine, has requested permission to amend its bylaws to become a community-chartered credit union, in accordance with Title 9-B M.R.S.A. § 848. Greater Portland Municipal Credit Union is a multiple common bond credit union whose field of membership consists of several select employee groups. The proposed bylaw change was to expand its field of membership to add persons who live, work or attend school in Cumberland County. The Bureau approved the request to expand its field of membership to become a community-chartered credit union. Therefore, the field of membership bylaw for Greater Portland Municipal Credit Union is amended to consist of persons who live, work or attend school in Cumberland County. Any person aggrieved by this final agency action shall be entitled to judicial review, pursuant to the provisions the Maine Administrative Procedures Act, Title V, Chapter 375, Subchapter VII (5 M.R.S.A. § 11001, et seq.).
