ORDER APPROVING APPLICATION OF

ANDROSCOGGIN SAVINGS BANK

TO PURCHASE CERTAIN ASSETS AND

ASSUME CERTAIN DEPOSIT LIABILITIES OF

THE LISBON FALLS BRANCH OF

NORTHEAST BANK

The application of Androscoggin Savings Bank, Lewiston, Maine to purchase certain assets and assume certain of the deposit liabilities of the Lisbon Falls branch of Northeast Bank, Lewiston, Maine, pursuant to Title 9-B MRSA §355, has been approved effective May 19, 2006.
