NOTICE TO INTERESTED PARTIES

University Credit Union, Orono, Maine, has requested permission to amend its bylaws to expand its field of membership, in accordance with Title 9-B M.R.S.A. § 848.

University Credit Union is a multiple common bond credit union whose field of membership consists primarily of select employee groups.  The proposed bylaw change was to expand its field of membership to add employees of General Electric Power Systems, Bangor, Maine.

The Bureau approved the request to expand its field of membership by adding the requested select employee group.  Therefore, the field of membership bylaw for University Credit Union is amended to add employees of General Electric Power Systems.

Any person aggrieved by this final agency action shall be entitled to judicial review, pursuant to the provisions the Maine Administrative Procedures Act, Title V, Chapter 375, Subchapter VII (5 M.R.S.A. § 11001, et seq.).
