Notice of Suspension

Of Time for Action on the Application of

MONEY WAREHOUSE, INC,

Southampton, Pennsylvania

To Establish a Merchant Bank

MONEY WAREHOUSE BANK, LLC

Pursuant to Title 9-B M.R.S.A. § 252.2(c), Money Warehouse, Inc., Southampton, Pennsylvania, has requested that the Bureau of Financial Institutions temporarily suspend processing its application to establish a merchant bank, to be known as Money Warehouse Bank, LLC.

Public notice of this application was originally provided May 5, May 12 and May 19, 2006 in the Portland Press Herald.  No comments were received during the public comment period which closed June 5, 2006.

As good cause has been shown, the Bureau will extend, for a period not to exceed thirty days, the time period in which it will act on the application.
