BULLETIN #2 DESIGNATION OF CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
To the Chief Executive Officer Addressed:
Title 9-B M.R.S.A. § 222(2), which became effective October 1, 1975, requires that every financial institution and credit union in this state submit, within 10 days of the annual meeting of the directors, a statement to the Superintendent setting forth the name and address of that officer who is to have primary responsibility for the operation and management of the institution under the direction of the Board of Directors. Such person is to be designated as the chief executive officer.
Should there be any change in the person serving as chief executive officer, please notify the Bureau in writing of the name and address of the person assuming these duties within 10 days of such change.
