Renewal Forms

Registrations and licenses renew at various times during the year. It is preferred that you use the specially printed forms which are mailed to your company at its main office mailing address. These are sent at the times specified by the chart below. if the appropriate renewal forms are not received within the two weeks following the mailing date, please contact this office.

Credit Reporting Agency September 30th, annually November 1st
Debt Collector

July 31st - 2year license

Names beginning with A-M are licensed in the even numbered years.

Names beginning with N-Z are licensed in the odd numbered years.

June 15th
Debt Management Service Provider December 31st, annually October 15th because the renewal must be in our office by December 1st
Loan Brokers January 31st - Renews every two years. Please check your license or our web site to determine your renewal year. December 1st
Loan Officer Registration Please update information as soon as changes are made. Invoices are due January 31st, annually. December 1st
Money Transmitter December 31st, annually Before September 30th
Non-Bank ATM December 31st, annually December 15th
Pawnbroker January 31st, annually December 1st
Payroll Processor January 31st, annually December 1st
Repossession Company July 31st - Same licensing schedule as the debt collector see debt collector June 15th
Small Merchant January 31st, annually December 1st
Supervised Lender September 30th, ever two years. Check your license or our web site to determine your renewal year. August 1st
